ANGELES CITY –– Policemen from the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) intelligence unit arrested a man with pending cases for three counts of rape and child abuse during a manhunt operation Sunday (June 6). In a statement, PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon identified the suspect as Archie Siongco Lagrimas, 23, of Barangay Tabun here. ADVERTISEMENTDe Leon said Lagrimas is the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge April Joy Magsayo-Aguila of the Angeles City Regional Trial Court Branch 61 on May 16. The city police here assisted the regional operatives in arresting Lagrimas, who was detained temporarily in Camp Olivas pending his presentation to the court.
