Just a day after jetting back to Kisumu, opposition chief Raila Odinga announced on Monday that reggae was back and "unstoppable". Raila, who addressed impromptu rallies in Kondele and Kisumu's main bus park, told his supporters that the constitutional review process was on course. Uhuru and Raila are set for a major fightback to salvage BBI through a legal battle involving the crème de la crème of constitutional lawyers. While the BBI team and the IEBC lawyers are pursuing different appeals, a big meeting bringing together all the lawyers was held last week. This even as it emerged that acting Court of Appeal President Wanjiru Karanja is expected to constitute a bench to hear and determine the appeals once formally filed at the court.
