Rehda president Datuk Seri FD Iskandar Mohamed Mansor said such interest rates were unlikely to attract any takers. "Nobody wants to come to you if you charge 12% to 18% interest rates," FD Iskandar told reporters after a media briefing on Rehda's property industry survey for the first half of 2016. FD Iskandar is Glomac Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer. Noh said the interest rate was capped at 12% a year for borrowers with collaterals and 18% for those without. Today, FD Iskandar said property developers were not financial institutions.
