Robert Vadra grilled by Enforcement Directorate for 6 hours on illegal assets

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned businessman Robert Vadra for six hours on Wednesday in connection with a money laundering case. The son-in-law of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi is under the scanner for alleged possession of illegal foreign assets. His statement was recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Raids carried out by ED at Bhandari's Delhi residences in December last year lead them to the money laundering deals. "Will be confront Vadra with the e-mail trail between Summit Chadha (a London based relative of Bhandari), Bhandari, Vadra and Arora," an official said.
