Robredo camp steps up relief efforts for 'Odette' victims

Presidential candidate and Vice President Maria Leonor ‘Leni’ Robredo PHOTO BY ENRIQUE AGCAOILIVICE President Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo on Friday said she was closely monitoring the situation and the damage caused by Typhoon "Odette." The Office of the Vice President has coordinated with the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police and other government units that could help with the initiative. Robredo is running for president in the 2022 elections and Pangilinan for vice president under the same ticket. Team Robredo-Pangilinan (TRoPa) volunteers have opted for relief operations instead of a planned nationwide get-together and gift-giving called LENIwanag at KIKOtitap ang Pasko. Through our organizational structure, we will support the massive relief operations led by Vice President Robredo on the ground.
