President William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua are scheduled to attend an interdenominational church service in Meru County on Sunday. “Kawira Mwangaza welcomes William Ruto and Deputy Rigathi Gachagua to Meru County for Interdenominational prayers," she posted. President Ruto's visit to Meru County is part of his two-day tour of the Mount Kenya region. In April, Ruto was in Igembe North, Meru County, for the launch of the upgrading of the Kaelo-Kamukunji-Mutuati Road to bitumen standard. In July, he returned to Meru County to distribute title deeds to the residents of Tutua and to commission the 21-kilometer Isiolo-Ruiri Road.
