The Scottish Government has blamed Westminster after it broke ANOTHER manifesto promise, this time surrounding building more statues of women. The SNP are becoming renowned for rowing back on its 2021 campaign vows, and has now delayed another one while refusing to take any blame. She told the Herald: "The £2 million public artwork fund that the SNP promised in their 2021 manifesto is yet another promise they have failed to deliver on. We are committed to broadening the range of people represented in Scotland’s public places, in particular the contribution of women and ethnic minorities.
