San Beda College, Arellano University and University of Perpetual Help System Dalta outplayed their respective rivals to start the second round of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Season 92 men’s basketball tournament on a high note at The Arena in San Juan City on Tuesday. Tankoua notched 17 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks, Potts had 15 points and five rebounds while Roldan contributed 11 points. “We adjusted a lot because we suffered many mistakes because of the long break,” said San Beda College coach Jamike Jarin during the postgame interview. Rookie Lervin Flores tallied 12 points; nine rebounds and three blocks while Kent Salado had 11 points also for Arellano University. 2 spot with Arellano University that is also carrying an 8-2 win-loss record.
