Saroj Khan, a prominent Bollywood choreographer, has died at the age of 71, her family have confirmed. Saroj - also known as Masterji, meaning teacher - had a Bollywood career that spanned over four decades and had influenced over 2,000 songs. In 2012, a documentary honouring the dancer called The Saroj Khan Story was released. She is survived by her husband and three children, Hamid Khan, Hina Khan and Sukaina Khan.
