FILIPINO golf sensation Yuka Saso finished joint 11th after the first round of the ShopRite LPGA Classic 2021 on Saturday (Philippine time) at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club-Bay Course in New Jersey. Meanwhile, another Filipino golfer in Bianca Pagdanganan placed joint 29th after scoring 2-under 69 in the round. The 23-year-old Pagdanganan scored birdies on the second, eighth, ninth, 16th, and 18th holes against bogeys on the sixth, 13th and 15th holes. Saso, Pagdanganan and Ardina try to improve their rankings in the second round on Sunday (Philippine time).
