Burnley are interested in signing Liverpool's Nat Phillips after his brilliant breakthrough season as they look to improve their defence. Sean Dyche's side conceded 55 goals in the Premier League this season, and want to bolster their backline by bringing in at least two reinforcements. Burnley, meanwhile, are also considering a move for Nottingham Forest's Joe Worrall. The Clarets are prepared to make a £10million bid for Worrall, 24, who is eager to play in the Premier League and is also being tracked by Norwich and West Ham. If the deals for Phillips and Worrall don't come to fruition then Burnley could explore alternative options, such as Stoke's Nathan Collins or Middlesbrough's Dael Fry.
