PETALING JAYA: Bookings for the second round of the voluntary AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine opt-in registration for those aged 60 and above are still widely available as of Monday (May 24). A check by The Star showed that bookings at the World Trade Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) vaccine dispensing centre are still available from June 8 onwards, while slots are still available from June 16 onwards at Universiti Malaya. In Selangor, those who are interested can register a spot from June 23 onwards at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Meanwhile, Fahmi Hassan said on Twitter that there are still plenty of slots for the AstraZeneca vaccine"Now, there are 1.24 million doses. Those interested can register through https://www.vaksincovid.gov.my/astrazeneca/During the first round of the voluntary opt-in for AstraZeneca, which was made available only to Klang Valley residents, all 268,000 slots were fully booked in less than four hours.
