The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today refuted the allegations leveled by Indrani Mukerjea, the prime accused in Sheena Bora murder case. Indrani Mukerjea had alleged that Peter Mukherjea had abducted Sheena Bora before she was killed. The CBI told the court that its submission was based on the facts gathered during the course of investigation of the Sheena Bora murder case. According to the CBI, Shyamvar Rai has categorically stated that Indrani Mukerjea was responsible for murder of Sheena Bora. The CBI, however, termed that demand for Peter Mukerjea's CDR by Indrani a tactic to delay trial in the Sheena Bora murder case.
