The Shimla Police on Saturday arrested five people after a 15-year-old boy was stripped naked, thrashed and paraded in the market on suspicion of stealing from a shop in Himachal Pradesh's Rohru. Meanwhile, the police have registered the case under sections 341, 323 and 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act. The case pertained to Tikkar Bazar of Rohru subdivision of Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh. He said that five people have been arrested in the case.
