FRISCO, Colo. — A hotline is now live for residents of Breckenridge and Silverthorne to voice any complaints about short-term rentals. The towns enacted new rules last year requiring short-term rental owners to obtain a specific business license and list an agent who can respond to complaints within 60 minutes in most cases. After a call is made to the hotline, the operator will look up the property and try to reach the designated agent. The agent will then have an hour to address the underlying issue for the complaint. ——Information from: Summit Daily News, http://www.summitdaily.com/
