Environmental experts have decreed that the provincial capital has been engulfed by a thick blanket of smog as the air quality deteriorated up to a dismal 345 on the index. Dr Abdul Rauf, a health practitioner, has asked the people of Lahore to take precautionary measures and asked them to not go out of the house aimlessly.
