Windsor and Maidenhead has been ranked at the top nationally for quality of life related to social care on several performance areas. Data released as part of the annual Adult Social Care Outcome Framework (ASCOF) uses satisfaction and performance data to rank the 150 local authorities which provide social care in England. The impact of adult social care services in Windsor and Maidenhead also ranked practically at the very top of the scale. A decent 73 per cent of care users said they were satisfied with their support in Windsor and Maidenhead, which is another figure on the up. “As social care services continue to come under pressure, these results are also an opportunity to reflect on areas of improvement as well as success, with work already underway to continue to improve the services that are provided in collaboration with our health, social care and community partners.”
