Callum Ogden, of Hempstead Close, Sutton Heath, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Friday, December 19. Ogden, 30, indicated a guilty plea to possession of a Class B drug. On July 26, this year, the defendant had a snap bag of ketamine in his possession on Parr Stocks Road. The court also ordered for the forfeiture and destruction of the ketamine, under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Ogden's guilty plea was taken into account upon his sentencing.
