A suspect has been arrested in connection to a break and enter that occurred during daylight hours in a Victoria neighbourhood. At 7:30 p.m. on March 18, Victoria Police Department officers were sent to a home in the 600 block of Herald Street for a reported break and enter that happened during daylight hours. Money, jewelry and electronic devices were reported stolen to police. Video captured by a neighbouring home allowed officers to identify the suspect. Then, at 1:10 a.m. on March 19, VicPD found and arrested the suspect in possession of the stolen property.
