( Cherise Seucharan/StarMetro ) The lineup of customers was nearly 20 people long at the grand opening of Evergreen Cannabis one of Vancouver’s first legal cannabis retail stores. On Saturday, Evergreen Cannabis in Kitsilano joined City Cannabis Co. on Fraser Street as one of the first two legal cannabis stores in Vancouver. City Cannabis Co. held a soft launch the evening before, in order to make the first legal sale of cannabis in the city.
