A premature twin baby who was declared dead by Max hospital in Shalimar Bagh passed away on Wednesday, raising a series of questions over our existing legal system. Till now, if a person faces any medical negligence, the family registers a complaint with Delhi police and takes up the matter to Union Health Ministry. “We need some stringent laws that can set an example for such medical negligence cases.
