“I couldn’t always understand her broken English but from a very early age I knew she was gifting me with something very special. I loved being in the kitchen with her. Today, my customers inspire me to cook as do my sons. I am a single mother, and my sons are so supportive of me and our family business. They are both incredible cooks,” she says.
