Students at the technical university of Kenya have turned against their leaders, accusing them of failing in their duties. The university has urged students who have not received examination cards to use bank receipts as proof of payment of fees. This comes after some of them were forced to leave the exam rooms because of outstanding fees, hence they had no exam cards. Students showing up to sit their exams with fee balances of as little as Sh500 were sent away from the examination rooms, meaning they would have to miss the exams.
