This chicken meatball soup is inspired by Thai cooking and specifically its amazing ability of balancing sweet, sour, salty and pungent flavors. In one pot, you will get a heap of very fragrant chicken meatballs. The result is similar to tom kha kai, which is a chicken galangal soup, but you get the sweet from the coconut milk, salty from fish sauce and sour from a squeeze of lime right at the end.
