There is not nearly enough games to satisfy Kiwi football fans, to generate excitement, and to effectively build on and improve our national team. An annual Australasian derby may not fully satisfy the football starved All Whites fans, but it would ease it significantly, while producing other various benefits for both sides. That, in itself, is a reason for New Zealand Football to at least consider proposing this idea to the FFA.
