Theoretically, The Division 2 has a system for making things a little easier on solo players. The problem is that nobody will ever come and that you yourself will be overwhelmed with frivolous backup calls near-constantly. Head all the way down to the bottom to find an option to turn your on-call status to "off". I hope this system gets worked out a little bit: I'm finding The Division 2 is a blast with others but pretty tedious solo. Theoretically requests for backup help fill in the gaps left by standard matchmaking, but I'm not so sure they're doing what they're supposed to.
