Nandagopal Rajan announced on LinkedIn that he has been elevated to chief executive officer (digital) at The Indian Express. He wrote: “When I rejoined The Indian Express in 2013, we were 30 people in a basement. Stepping into the role of CEO of The Indian Express Digital, I am very aware that it is not about a title. He previously worked with the India Today Group as associate editor (Business Today, Gadgets & Gizmos) and with Hindustan Times as senior copy editor. He had also served as senior assistant editor at The Indian Express before rejoining the organisation in 2013.
