Since we're in the "bat-flip-and-I don't-have-to-run-out-everything-while-I-pose-to-look-at-what-I've-hit" generation in baseball, a team that will be as inexperienced as Baltimore is going to desperately need Jones. He does anything and everything the Orioles need to try and win games. It's been hard to gauge their interest in Jones going forward from that day. So the Orioles moved Jones to right field, and now some of his playing time is going down. If the Orioles and Adam Jones can agree to a deal, it will be good for everyone.
