The second corresponds to the medium-term, and the third ensures the long-term survival and success of the organization. Over the past decade, the GE stock has trailed the benchmark S&P 500 index, with the gap widening in recent months. Sikka is trying to do this through a mix of innovation and acquisition, but it is too early to measure the results.
