A rider took to social media after a damp ride on a TTC bus Tuesday morning. “I was taking the 52 (Lawrence West) to work today in the pouring rain and noticed I was being soaked,” the rider posted on Reddit. When asked about the incident, the TTC said it has no regulations in place that require windows on buses to remain open at all times. “We began putting buses into service with windows open this past winter to allow for better air circulation in the wake of a COVID wave,” spokesperson Stuart Green said in an email to the Star.
