Tsion Café in Harlem, New York, is an homage to owner Beejhy Barhany’s upbringing. Since opening her restaurant in 2014, Barhany has dedicated herself to the Harlem community that so lovingly embraced her, by serving up nutritious food and highlighting local talent – even through the pandemic.
