The convicts were identified as Ibrahim Hossain, 30, Amir Hossain alias Sohel, 26 and Atowar Hossain, 35. The court on Wednesday issued arrest warrants for each of them after theyfailed to appear before it for a hearing on their deceptive misdemeanour. Cases under the Narcotics Control Act were filed against the three men with Joypurhat and Panchbibi police station. On Monday, District Judge's Court Judge Mumtaz Parvin rejected the bails and issued arrest warrants. Nazmul Islam Jony, thedefencelawyer,admitted tosubmitting the information given by the defendants in the bail pleas.
