She said that dinnertime conversations growing up centered around finance, with Eusey picking her father’s brain about his work with clients. “You have to have women advisors to get women advisors, we've been fortunate to have quite a bit of female leadership in our office, more than half of our corporate leadership team is female,” Eusey says. “I don't think it's been as easy for all firms because when you have an all-male firm, it's hard to attract female advisors.”
