A pair of Toronto police officers were spotted wearing controversial “thin blue line” patches on their uniform while clearing out a homeless encampment at Lamport Stadium on Wednesday. The two officers can be seen wearing the small patches on their vests in photographs taken by the Star Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Ontario Provincial Police Association in Barrie faced backlash for flying a thin blue line flag outside.
