A married woman from Harmara area staged a sit-in outside her in-laws’ house on Monday alleging that she had been thrown out of the house by them. The woman had been thrown out and a case was registered against her last year by the in-laws while she had also registered a case against them. The married woman Rekha (name changed) has even written letters to the police, local legislators and politicians from the Congress party to come to her aid. However, on Monday, the woman started a sit-in outside the house. However, station house officer of Harmara police station Lakhan Singh Khatan claimed that there was no one in the house.
