The long-vacant Trump Plaza casino in Atlantic City, N.J., once a symbol of the glitz and glamor of the high-rolling lifestyle, was reduced to a pile of rubble on Wednesday. The Trump Plaza first opened in 1984 and was for a time the most successful casino in Atlantic City. Trump had given up much of his involvement by the time the Plaza closed its doors.
