This Global Food Hall is located at Tukwila Village. Spice Bridge, a program of the nonprofit , walks alongside immigrant cooks (primarily female) as they explore how to start and operate their own food businesses. This business incubator program provides coaching, commercial kitchen space, resources to find affordable insurance and an opportunity to operate out of their Global Food Hall. Taste of Congo and Moyo Kitchen are the two businesses currently serving food at the Global Food Hall. You don’t see that very often in the food world.”You can support these aspiring food businesses not only by eating at the Global Food Hall but also by donating to Spice Bridge or attending special events (such as their Holiday Market).
