Two business partners of Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser to President Trump, have been indicted by federal prosecutors on charges of illegal lobbying on behalf of the Turkish government, after Mr. Flynn cooperated with investigators on the case. Bijan Kian and Ekim Alptekin were charged, in an indictment unsealed Monday in federal court in Virginia, with acting in the U.S. as agents of a foreign government. They were also charged with conspiracy and making false statements.
