Two men have been charged in the shooting death of Jazmine Barnes, a 7-year-old Texas girl who was struck by a bullet while traveling in a car with her family on Dec. 30, according to reports. A statement from the Harris County Sheriff's Office named one suspect as Eric Black Jr., 20, and said he was being charged with capital murder. "All evidence gathered so far in the Jazmine Barnes Homicide case supports investigators’ strong belief that she and her family were innocent victims," the sheriff's office tweeted early Sunday.
