The search for winners in a world of digital money should, instead, veer more into the mainstream. Mastercard (MA), Visa (V) and PayPal (PYPL) are obvious candidates. Near-field communication makes Apple (AAPL), with Apple Pay and Alphabet (GOOG), with Google Pay, into banks. JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is getting good at digital wallets.
