Following their experience, Ms Jackson and her partner instructed medical negligence lawyers Irwin Mitchell. Ms Jackson attended hospital reporting a second episode of reduced foetal movement later that same month. Ms Jackson said she had 'had a gut feeling that something was not right' ahead of the pre-surgery appointment.
