The Tripoli branch of the Red Crescent reported the discovery of an unidentified body on Ghout Al-Rumman beach late Monday night. According to the branch, the body is believed to belong to an illegal migrant. A specialized recovery team retrieved the body after obtaining authorization from the Public Prosecution, following established legal and humanitarian procedures. The body has been handed over to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary formalities.
