Then, as if hit by a lightning bolt, she awakened to the impact the fashion industry is having on the environment when she had a meeting with a sustainable fashion designer, and it changed her at her core. As a result, in 2018 she started a new magazine focused on sustainable fashion called Frontlash. Since Jones pivoted her career quite dramatically to align her work more with her new values, I asked her how she did it and what career advice she has for other women.
