One of the most exciting days of the calendar year for Premier League fans is fast approaching. The 20 clubs in the 2021/22 edition of the English top-flight will soon learn their fixture schedules for the upcoming campaign. The complete fixture list for the 21/22 Premier League season will be announced at 9am on Wednesday, June 16. That meant the campaign was crammed into nine months rather than the 10 Premier League football usually takes place in. Clubs return to somewhat normality next season, though, which will relieve those managers who complained about fixture congestion last term.
