MANILA, Philippines (Updated) — Eight senators, including Senate President Vicente Sotto III, have recorded perfect attendance during the first regular session of the 18th Congress. Senator Aquilino Pimentel III meanwhile was on time for 43 sessions, missed the roll call for 20 sessions, and had four absences. Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto was on time for 36 sessions, missed the roll call for 29 sessions, and had two absences. Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. was on time for 63 sessions, had one local official mission and three others abroad. Senator Cynthia Villar responded to the roll call at 60 sessions, arrived after the roll call for five sessions, and had two absences.
