While today and tomorrow it will be mainly dry for most of the country, it's set to get colder and wetter. However, according to a Met Éireann forecaster it will not be extreme. Today it will be largely dry with the exception of light showers in west Munster, Connacht and Ulster. According to Met Éireann, this month will be colder than average.
