A senior who uses an electric wheelchair is in critical condition after she was struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash in Surrey on Monday night. The vehicle did not stop, and the victim had to be rushed to hospital with critical injuries. "This is the second serious collision in two days in Surrey involving an individual being struck by a vehicle," Sgt. Police have yet to locate the driver in the crash, and say they don't have a description for the vehicle involved. They're asking anyone who witnessed the hit and run to call RCMP at 604-599-0502, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
