Nigerian wrestler, Ekerekeme Agiomor, has warned potential opponents at the forthcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics to underestimate him at their peril. Agiomor, who will be making his Olympic debut in Tokyo, booked qualification at the 2021 African and Oceania Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament in Tunisia. He is the only Nigerian male athlete at the Games, after veteran Daniel Amas and Soso Tamarau crashed out during the qualifiers. I’m going to Tokyo to do my best and I am positive of finishing on the podium,” he added. Other Nigerian wrestlers who have qualified for the Games are – Adijat Idris, Odunayo Adekuoroye Aminat Adeniyi and Blessing Oborududu.
