The imaging on New York Mets closer Edwin Diaz’s knee unfortunately showed a tear of the patellar tendon, and he may very well now miss the entire season and the postseason. It’s a brutal bit of news following what was, I’m sure, a very exciting win in the World Baseball Classic for Team Puerto Rico, closed out by Diaz. New York Mets closer Edwin Díaz tore the patellar tendon in his right knee during the celebration after Puerto Rico’s WBC victory against the Dominican Republic. I think this injury sucks so much for Diaz, so much for his teammates in New York and on Team Puerto Rico, and for the fans of both teams. I just don’t think this injury should change the value of the international event.

Share:A leader is one who knows and shows the way to people and the community whether politically, religiously, or socially. Talking about the followers, they respect and act in accordance with the directions given by their concerned leader. Mostly supporters of political as well as religious leaders often follow them blindly without having the discernment of right and wrong. What the forming fathers of this homeland taught us is to respect all the leaders of freedom irrespective of the fact that many Hindu leaders were against separation, but still for freedom from the British they were on the same page. Never mind how political parties show their ethics as standard, but the respect for an opposite politician is never added to their moral values.

For months, the PML-N leadership has constantly been casting the PML-N’s top leader as the ‘only hope of the nation’ – an attempt to counter PTI chairman Imran Khan and his growing popularity – and has frequently predicted his 'imminent homecoming'. Several PML-N leaders, including Javed Latif, had to chew their words as the deadlines that they gave for Sharif’s return turned out to be false. That didn’t happen as in September Latif said he was not sure about Sharif’s return. Not long ago, PML-N leadership would proudly say that its ticket had become a hot cake and Imran Khan’s politics were over. Political commentators say that the court cases and sentences have also barred Sharif's return till now.
