Bangladesh News LIVE: 'There should be no cruelty or atrocity on Hindus,' says Yog Guru Baba Ramdev"There should be no cruelty or atrocity on Hindus in Bangladesh - be it the Hindus who are involved in trade there, or Hindu temples there, or Indians living there. For this, the entire country has to be united. I am happy to see that for the first time, the entire Opposition is with the Government and this indeed should be the policy of India. Those who want to divide the country in the name of reservation, caste, religious fanaticism - it is not right. So, India's politics should be focused on issues," said Yog Guru Baba Ramdev on Tuesday.

As I watched Vance on that Milwaukee stage sell the American dream to me and the thousands watching, for a moment, I bought it. I’m not the only Latine immigrant who still believes in the American dream. But here are some reasons why Trump-Vance’s version of the American Dream doesn’t benefit Latines, especially if you are an immigrant, documented or not. (Zach Wendling/Nebraska Examiner)LINCOLN — Freezing property valuations or increasing income tax credits could be a “backup plan” should Nebraska lawmakers fail to pass significant property tax relief this summer. Brewer’s Legislative Bill 34 would freeze property valuations for four years, while Brandt’s LB 33 would increase refundable income tax credits by $600 million, up to $1.16 billion. “This is the most reasonable backup plan, and that’s why I went with it.”Pillen has remained firm that he believes the property tax “crisis” is not a valuation problem but a spending problem. Mike McDonnell, John Cavanaugh and Kathleen Kauth, along with Brandt, have more targeted legislation to address or exempt property based on valuations. Unlike Pillen’s LB 1, the “alternative” proposal would reduce maximum school tax rates, over a decade, by 80 cents.
